FAQ

  • How do I order fonts on this website?

    The checkout process is organized into four steps:

    • Select styles you would like to purchase a license for.
    • Choose one or more licenses, depending on the intended use of our fonts.
    • Fill in the contact information for the holder of the license, and the billing address (if different from the licensee).
    • Checkout using one of the available online payment methods.

    Upon the receipt of the payment (processing might take minutes or more, depending on the selected payment method), download instructions are sent to the licensee's email address. (Please note that the download link is valid for a limited time; check your spam/junk folder.) The download for your order will include the licensed fonts, invoice, licensing certificates, EULAs, and more.

  • What are the payment options?

    We accept several online payment methods, such as credit cards (VISA, Master Card, etc.), wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.), bank redirects (IDEAL, EPS, giropay, etc.), and bank debits (Bacs, SEPA, etc.). The actual list of options depends on availability and your location. If you would like to use another payment method (for example, bank transfer), please email us at: mail@radimpesko.com.

  • Will the fonts work on my Mac/PC/website?

    Desktop, Digital Media and Broadcast licenses
    The licensed font files are provided in the standard OpenType (OTF) format and can be installed on both Mac and Windows.

    Web licenses
    Subscription: Our Web Font Subscription service will provide fonts to your website in formats compatible with commonly used web browsers.
    Self-hosting: The licensed font files are provided in the standard web formats (WOFF2, WOFF, EOT).

  • Can I use fonts on website, in PDFs, digital apps, eBooks, or in video?

    Use of the fonts is defined by terms governed by End User’s License Agreements (EULA). We offer several types of licenses determined by the intended use of the fonts. Unless specified otherwise, all licenses are perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.

  • The font I purchased does not seem to work, can I get a refund?

    Get in touch with us within 30 days of the date of purchase if you experience any issues with the licensed fonts, and we will resupply the font files free of charge. Please note that we do NOT offer returns and refunds.

  • Can you provide test versions of your fonts?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to provide trial versions of our fonts at the moment. However, we would be happy to prepare test sheets based on your specifications. Please send us your request as .idml or .ai files with the text layout and list of font styles you would like to see. For short texts, you may also find the online tester available on our website helpful.

  • Can I purchase the fonts that are ‘not available’ yet?

    For various reasons (being in development, having exclusive rights, etc.), these fonts are not available for licensing at the moment. Please follow our website's news for updates and new releases.

  • Is the Subscription license GDPR compliant?

    The Subscription service collects only necessary data related to the usage and performance of the service in compliance with GDPR. All IP addresses are anonymized (masked), anonymity sets are implemented instead of cookies, and visits are not being linked to users.
